As standard equipment, our injection molding machines come equipped with a UB screw designed with high mixing and uniform plasticization (some portions are optional). In addition, an expert screw is also introduced that can match the wide needs of customers such as ultra high mixing and high cycle molding.

Ultra high mixing MD-UB screw

Extremely high-level uniform melting is obtained for PP, PE, and PS by using optimal shearing and partitioning actions of a multi dam that has a polygon cross-sectional shape. As a result, stable molding of large, thin walled molded parts is possible.

Ultra high dispersal MF-UB screw

The efficient dispersal effect of melted resin with the use of the optimal design of Dulmage type screw is effective in eliminating color heterogeneity for materials in which color heterogeneity easily occurs for PP, PE, and PS as well as for combinations of master batches.

High-cycle HC-UB screw

You can increase the plasticizing capacity for PP and PE while maintaining high mixing and high dispersal with the use of a long barrier equal to or more than a conventional UB screw.

Exhibits excellent performance with clear high viscosity resins such as polycarbonate and acrylic. Improvements to mixability, resin substitutions, and color changes are provided by utilizing a mixing shape that makes it difficult for resin residue to accumulate.
